Pay that’s it nothing else.

Cons

Horrible benefits, expect you to work after your day is over no overtime though. Management don’t care about you as a person. No training system is horrible. Men favor over women.

It all comes down to the people at your specific branch. Some are great people doing great work. Some are full of people who just get by and do the least amount of work possible.

Cons

The Area Manager sets the tone. Again some are good and some are not. Horrible profit share plan that can get wiped out with a single Workers Comp claim.
