I have been an employee of BBSI for over 10 years. I have grown every year since I have started and have had the opportunity to advance in my career. My income has increased based on the quality of work that I have been able to deliver. This is a fun and fast moving company with opportunity for real independent people. Some of the negative reviews on this site are coming from Staffing employees that do not actually work for BBSI.

Cons

This is not a place for someone that wants to be micro managed.

Pros

Decentralized, localized operations with centralized support from corporate office. Employee benefits have improved drastically and continue to get better. Great bonus/profit sharing programs. So much opportunity for growth within the company.
