Pros
Lots of driving around from site to site with no real purpose just to check a box. Best micro-managers ever. Every day is like a 3-ring circus.
Cons
No raises, no bonus, laughable profit sharing. The culture is to point fingers at everyone else when things go wrong. Diversity and Inclusion is a joke - it isn't valued, just some token posts on the company intranet. Senior management at the branch level is incompetent at best. (My branch area manager literally doesn't know how to use her Outlook calendar - seriously. It's also obvious that she doesn't understand the office financials. She's super reactionary, but if there's a choice to make, she reliably chooses the wrong one.) At the corporate level, don't ever expect a response or a reasonable outcome to any situation/question/concern. They're more into deflecting and telling you how it's probably your fault and you need to try harder.
