The PEO industry is competitive, new client sales cycle is not short. Could use more training to help work with clients.

Sales Hit a Wall in 2019 Long Before Covid

Field staff are usually good. They generally care about their customers.

Cons

The company stopped growing in 2019 long before Covid. Even prior to Covid, there were no raises, no bonuses in 2019 and weak benefits - even mileage wasn't reimbursed at the IRS rate, The company is in a spiral downward. An antiquated Command and Control management style is the norm. Absolute toxic culture.
