Love clients, working with people - a lot of autonomy and ability to be nimble

Cons

One week of vacation a year, 4 days sick leave - poor medical package. Not sustainable. Technology is not good - it has improved last few years but still archaic . Risk people end up traveling and covering offices all over the place so tons of road time really acting as a bandaid instead of investing in teams that are local

Over the past 15 years I enjoyed being a client of BBSI. They gave me the courage to grow a small mom and pop franchise to an enterprise consisting of 5 locations and two retail companies. After selling those companies and relocating to live near our children I had the desire to join the team. 10 months later I see the value we give in a even brighter light. As an employee and manager of one of our branches I have experienced that we live what we teach. I recommend working for BBSI to anyone who wants to not only help business owners excel but also wants that same for their own personal development.

I wish I would have come on board sooner.
