Management is a complete trainwreck. No clear direction. Sales above all to the point of questionable legality. Constructive criticism is punished. Workers are fired randomly despite teams being short on staff. Benefits team had 90% turnover rate in the first 2 years, and that includes skilled workers.

Poor leadership and management. They are very disconnected from the needs of the company and refuse to hear important feedback, even when it is gathered through 3rd parties hired to collect such information. There is no training and a lack of dedicated thought on implemented processes and directives that only seek to increase the company's monetary value while profits are already booming. This company does not care about its employees or its customers. Very soulless and unethical. I would advise you to work anywhere else.
