There are some nice people and free coffee.

Cons

A very disconnected culture... That's what happens when turnover is high. There are a couple of very psychopathic people that will go to great lengths to hold on to their jobs by lying about others. If you go there, count how many people have been there for 10 years. That'll be a clue...

Tenacious growth means being part of building a great company. Will be liberating for some great people, overwhelming or frustrating for others.

Cons

Either its the best company you've ever worked at if you think like an entrepreneur, or the worst if you're accustomed to being told what to do. If you think everyone else is the problem, ...maybe its not.
