      Pros

      The autonomy to do my job is excellent. I learn emerging technologies and use them in ways I never imagined. The bonus plan is amazing and a great motivator. Leadership is incredible and encourages me to do my best. I also enjoy collaborating with my team members across the country.

      Pros

      There are absolutely none I can think of which pretty much sums it all up.

      Cons

      Barrow Wise does not have proper leadership or management skills. The turnover rate is high and I can now see why. Employees are not recognized for their accomplishments and are only criticized for their shortcomings, management lacks in providing any guidance and/or clarification for tasks, and you're consistently given tasks that are not part of your job description.
