The team I work with was excellent, we all cared and take our responsibility serious. We joke and talk, and develop good relationship over time.

Cons

If you are in school, it is a bad position to be in as it robes one's of precious sleep, and can take a toll on your grade

Great support staff and management team. Graduate assistant compensation package overall is strong.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive but other benefits such as meals, books, make up for the low salary. Hours vary per position yet compensation seems to be the same across the board for all grad assistants.
