      My experience was very pleasant. The Barry community is tight knit and helpful. I enjoyed my time there.

      Fair compensation, great work-life balance, opportunities for growth and leadership, small community, and a dynamic community.

      Cons

      I did not experience many cons while working for Barry University. It is a great employer and I believe anyone can be happy here in the right position.

      Pros

      Teaching for Barry University has been a completely positive experience. I have enjoyed working with colleagues and students over the years without issue.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low for adjuncts. However, classes are small and not too time consuming.
