      Pros

      Barry has a lot of university wide events and extras, you have the opportunity to take classes and can get a degree. The benefits are good for a university.

      Cons

      While the salary seems to be on par with other universities, leadership may be lacking depending on the department that you work in. It seems that there is a lot of in fighting between the departments vying for resources in a mostly tuition driven institution.
