      Pros

      This is an educational institution that can offer a caring touch to its student population. There are some great lasting programs, such as political science, english, legal studies, professional studies, nursing and social work.

      Cons

      The idea that "Barry Cares" needs to be developed. One of the deans had an extramarital affairs with a subordinate and this lowered the moral of its employees.

      Pros

      Small, friendly environment. Plenty of networking opportunities with constant change of students and faculty. Chance for career growth if you keep an open ear for job openings.

      Cons

      Nepotism. The university is cutting costs everywhere, but spending in questionable ways. Upper management doesn't listen to students or employees. No longer offering contracts to several of their employees, so job security is a concern.
