      Pros

      Most of the faculty and staff are great people. They really care about the school and it's students.

      Cons

      The upper administration/management needs replaced. I feel like the university has become a sinking ship since the newest President was hired. The morale has slowly declined to non-existent and there are rumors that Barry and Saint Thomas will be merging.
