      Have over 40 offices across the country with many opportunities in many different Market Sectors

      Cons

      Decentralized engineering approach requires dedication to team work and discipline on communicating with multiple offices. Sometimes difficult for younger engineers in smaller offices with smaller breadth of supervision and exposure experience, with larger offices being good for younger engineers. Benefits are fair.
