Pros

Challenging work if you are a self starter. Great company culture.

Cons

Like any consulting company their life blood is clients and client relationships. This can be a bit challenging if you are not a business development personallity.

Pros

A couple of nice people in the building. Period.

Cons

Unprofessional management, good-old-boy/girl network, rude/mean, hostile environment, unhelpful employees, NO training, unappreciated, over worked and underpaid, overtime was not paid which it was in the agreement.

Pros

The Shared Services Team is made up of group of people who do good work. They service 10 plus divisions that each have their 'own way' of doing things - and yet the team still gets it done.

Cons

Demanding divisions who don't understand that their work is just as important as all of the other divisions worked with. Staffing needs to be beefed up in order to properly get all the work completed in a timely manner
