Focus on culture, treating people right. Increasing focus on organic growth. Have seen major changes in some visible leadership positions that have made the company culture much more credible. Lots of hands-on opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

Lots of old systems and practices are outdated, and it is taking some time and pain to fix those. Medical insurance is expensive.

Leaders care about people. Not everyone is perfect, but they are genuinely working toward positive influence in the world. Thoughts and opinions are valued; people are treated as more than means to an end. Tremendous flexibility and understanding of the importance of family.

Vacation policy is not great.
