Pros

The Bartech Group appears to have relationships with well-established companies across the United States. This is a plus for employees/candidates who wish to relocate to other areas. The Employee Care Representatives are usually good about responding to your inquiries, favorably or not.

Cons

The Bartech Group seems unwilling to negotiate rate increases, so it would behoove employees to negotiate their working rate upfront. Another unfortunate thing that I discovered is that The Bartech Group's loyalty appears to be to the Client and not their direct W2 workers. Please read ALL of the fine print in your contract(s) before signing. Please also be knowledgeable regarding Department of Labor laws and other statutory employment requirements, as Bartech representatives do not appear to know them or how they apply.
