Pros

You have the option to work from home half the week. Decent pay when including commission structure. Honestly can't think of any other pros.

Cons

Long string of poor management. Very high turnover. Poor training for new employees. Very little opportunities for growth and advancement.

Pros

Flexible work schedules, work from home options, sharing a desk. Wearing Jeans when you contribute to charity, monthly anniversary & birthday celebrations. Newsletters and company meetings sharing openly about how the company is doing. Positive upper management, approachable and open to new ideas. Competitive salaries and strong sales and pipeline. Open to taking ideas from employees and putting them into place.

Cons

Benefits are a little on the higher end, but not as bad or expensive as some other places I have worked. I would like to see more opportunity to train. There is initial training when you start but no other development opportunities.
