There system for pay destroys your willingness to work. They put the amount of time on a work order and if you don't get it done in time, you will be treated badly and will not get bonuses. If you do end up getting a bonus it will only make up for the hours you missed. The amount of bickering and gossiping is disgusting.... I feel terrible for administration. They are over worked and mad constantly. Higher ups do not care about issues happening to you. They will throw you under the bus... If you want to be over worked and underpaid by half work here. Customers generally show no appreciation and the company hates when you try to be honest with customers. Amy mess ups will be marked down and will be held against you. Also you are expected to be a mechanic and will not be paid well for learning the mechanics. If any non profitable (for example fixing your truck)time is used they will punish you for. The equipment always has issues which puts you behind on time. They inspect you to put the time fixing equipment onto your work calls. DONT WORK HERE....
