Working for a science based company in the tree industry is more rewarding than a tree company that does not consider the health of the trees. Felt valued as an employee. Managers care about you.

Cons

Arbor work is inherently dangerous. You only get PTO after one year - it really should be an accrual system. Bad weather can affect your hours so expect heavy hours in the summer and less in the winter.
