      Great at a local level

      Pros

      Management and most sales reps are great at a local office level. From my experience so long as you do your part management has no issue bending over backwards for you.

      Cons

      Low pay, I would consider it an entry level job in tree care for that reason. Corporate constantly changes policies trying to take liability off themselves. This drives away competent people while the incompetent tend to stay longer.

      Pros

      Excellent training program for all technicians and arborist crew members. Good pay, good management team. Management supports diversity and inclusion in staff.

      Cons

      The only downsides are those that are associated with any job in arboriculture. Those being: having to deal with difficult customers, varied working conditions based on weather and difficult properties, and generally a laborious job.
