Plenty of hours during the summer and plenty of overtime. Pay is good and everyone worked as a team. The sales team were motivated and stayed in contact with the field crew throughout the day. If you're looking for a career in tree work or horticulture, I highly recommend Bartlett. Safety was the number one concern for the company. The best part of working at Bartlett was getting to know my co-workers. They were mostly young (20-40) and are fun to work with but always take pride in their work to see that the job is done right.
