Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent company to learn proper tree care. They take safety very seriously and provide a work environment with the right equipment and support required. Very stable year round work with advancement potential if you're motivated. Insurance and benefits are good. One of the best tree companies to work for provided you have a good atitude and work ethic.
Cons
Compensation is fair to poor. HR is a joke. Raises are very difficult to obtain. Upper mgt. is very rigid and often out of touch with the requirements of individual offices and the realistic requirements necessary to perform individual jobs.
