Pros

Fun culture, everyone is a high performer and it's great to bounce ideas of off of colleagues, flexible schedule, leadership is open to feedback

Cons

Decisions are made quickly and change happens quickly, so be easy to adapt

* Fun product to work on, building a platform for a new market * Amazing team with great values * Invested leadership * Really fun to watch the marketing team work

Cons

* It's a startup so sometimes it can be a bit hectic, but the CEO is very supportive and empathetic to the team
