Pros

Great career opportunities if you create them yourself, never a boring day, lunch

Cons

New owners/ceos are just as bad as the last, only they act nicer. The benefits are subpar. Company won't even give raises this year despite multitudes of new stores signing to the system.

Basecamp Franchising Response

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to make BaseCamp as rewarding a place to work as possible and we’re sorry to hear that your experience has fallen short. As we’ve transitioned into our leadership roles over the past several months, Tyler and I have identified many areas for improvement and are working hard to address each. In particular, we’re committed to making sure all employees have opportunities to grow and are given the tools they need to succeed. Rewarding employees for their contributions is also incredibly important, and our aim is to build a culture where every member of the team feels recognized and appreciated. It will take some time to lay the foundation, but we couldn’t be more excited to be part of this team. We hope that you’ll continue to share your perspectives with us, as it’s the best way for us to improve. Best, Zach & Tyler
