Pros

Having worked for Basecamp multiple times, I have been able to watch and participate in their growth for several years. Over the last couple of years there has been a real push for employee satisfaction which has be great! Basecamp is large enough to have an established and effective model and yet small enough to be innovative and changing with opportunity for employee growth.

Cons

It is a growing business with somewhat limited resources. However that encourages innovation and opportunity.

Pros

Amazing company culture and community. Everyone is close and easy to get along and work with. Flexible around school, family, or other work obligations. Fun B2B management. They have great and consistent relationships with each franchise owner and company that they work with.

Cons

Wish I could have seen the SLC office building, however the North Salt Lake office is awesome!

Thanks for letting us know what we're doing well. I feel like our PTO/flex day offering is already as good as it gets anywhere, so it's likely we will continue to build our benefits in other areas first. -Scott Sloan, CEO.

Pros

The company is committed to creating a great working environment and works hard to make sure its employees are happy in and outside of work. They offer great benefits for a smaller company as well.

Cons

Working at BaseCamp requires a high level of customer service skills to keep franchisees happy.
