The people who run this company are very nice and genuine people. They've been dealing in children's and teen resale since the early 90's. They know their stuff. The biggest con is that sometimes they don't have faith in their employees to do the job as well as they would have done it themselves. Because of that a lot of double work gets done in redoing things that didn't need to be redone. That causes frustration on both sides. Another huge con is the franchisee / franchisor relationship. It's not just this company, but anywhere you go where there is that dynamic, you're going to have a difficult and frustrating time enforcing franchise rules and regulations. Franchisee spends all the money to set up the business. Franchisor tells them how to run it ..... you can see why there's conflict.

Lack of Communication Lack of Appreciation Long hours without incentives or appreciation. *never heard a thank you* Traveling - No comp days after traveling for 10 days + they take your hotel points (never traveled with a company that has taken my hotel points) which was very disappointing. Employees are spread very thin Heath care benefits are not good. I was paying 40% out of pocket for my premium
