Pros

Tons of opportunity, amazing culture, benefits and environment. Incredibly smart and aggressive leadership team that is constantly pushing for evolution of the company's offerings and capabilities. Very flexible and generally a good work/life balance. Company tries hard to promote from within and reward great performance.

Cons

Pace is fast and demands the ability to work quickly and efficiently. For sales people, not the highest pay in the industry, but still very competitive.

It's a happy, fun place to work with smart, dedicated people.
