Pros
Basis truly cares for it's employees. At the end of the day it's still a business, but I've seen first hand at all levels of the company how people take the time to support each other and treat each other like real people and not just another cog in the machine. Fully remote company that provides a lot of flexibility for employees to manage their own schedules to ensure they complete their work, but have a good work life balance.
Cons
Basis is a fully remote company and at times it is hard to make meaningful connections with colleagues without face to face interactions.
