Pros

People are very smart and nice. The leadership seems to really care about its employees and provides great benefits, solid compensation. The field of technology is very interesting and what has been built is rock solid.

Cons

Need to innovate faster and come out with new products.

Small team working in an agile environment, flex hours and vacation, competitive salary, free lunches and breakfasts occasionally, willing to give you real responsibility

Cons

My experience is skewed - I was told I would be working on digital forensics software, but ended up working on the testing suite the entire time. I did not end up working on what I was told I would or what I signed up for, so I was rather disappointed.
