Interesting job with great coworkers

Cons

Huge employee turnover. Management plays favorites. If you work hard, they exploit it by giving you more work, while others are never held accountable for slacking off. Understaffed and over worked. Mistakes are counted and used as a basis for terminating employment, so job security does not exist. Training is insufficient.
