Pros

Discounts of up to 50% off on Cabela's or Bass Pro merchandise; seven percent on everything else. Most "outfitters" are good, hard-working people.

Cons

Unenlightened management; employees expected to know things they were never informed about; a "backstabbing" culture that management alllows in some departments.

Pros

- Great people and teams - Great manager (at least on my team) that advocates for us and supports us very well - Opportunity to grow even across teams - Excellent benefits - Great place to get started in a career

Cons

- Tough to build communication across team silos - Old tech and legacy code - Takes a long time to get things approved by upper leadership - Low pay (local) - Lack of boundaries after work hours and on weekends

Pros

Coworkers are nice and most of the managers will work with your schedule.

Cons

No real training on the floor, Managers are spread too thin between multiple departments. Also, expecting a lot from you but only give you a 20 cent raise after 1 year.
