I absolutely loved the job I did at Bass Pro. However, terrible management.

Onsite work out center, onsite cafeteria, good work atmosphere, great pay and hours, yearly company picnic, yearly company holiday party, service recognition

Cons

Very unlikely to work with you if you have a significant illness even with doctors orders to not work, little to no compassion when such things happen, as a car accident or heart attack.... especially if you work under the IT Project Manager

Good pay and benefits, management is friendly and so are the coworkers, hours are nice.

Cons

Unappreciated, overworked during long-term events, no backup from management, no breaks, sometimes after finishing everything you would be sent to a different section to do someone else's job untIl hours after close, and no warning when a long term event or your job is over.
