      Schedule flexibility, atmosphere, and friendly supervisors.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay. $8.00 an hour starting for Corporate customer service reps. Co-worker has worked for the company since 1982 and only makes $12.50 an hour.

      good discount most customers are happy to be there there are some good associates

      Cons

      Upper management uses bullying tactics to get their way there is a lot of favoritism with upper management there are broken promises all the time a lot of social media censorship high school drama with a lot of associates
