Pros

Discount is about the only good thing about this place. Does offer insurance for full time employees and dental. Bass Pro does a lot of conservation programs and donations for various groups. Allows non profit groups to come into the store and set up.

Cons

Not enough room here to list them all but here are a few. Very few people are treated fairly here. Certain people can take as many smoke breaks as they want. One person was counted taking 6 smoke breaks in one shift. Certain people also can take hour long lunches and nothing is said. As long as your in with management then your golden at this company. Customers will run you over in this place. Many people have learned all they have to do is call a manager and they get their way no matter what the reason. The employee moral is awful. No one wants to help each other out and is always out for themselves. They took away insurance from part time employees.
