Pros

Coworkers are excellent to work with and most care about their job. Johnny Morris does personally care about his employees. I just wish the upper management would convey this.

Cons

Bad pay (not competitive), poor management, and fake sense of caring attitude. Instead of building additional lakes around the corporate office and adding a new gym (that we pay to go to) please give an across the board raise to all salary and hourly associates.
