Bad company to work for!

Pros

Pretty atmosphere, great coworkers Fun stuff to sell.

Cons

Do not work here unless it's for some extra fun cash. Managemen is a joke, they don't know how to treat their employees. Too much favoritism. Some bullying between coworkers. They give you week(s) off, last minute, because sales are bad so they are trying to save monet. Definitely not good for someone who relies on this job for their bills.

Pros

This place was hands down all about Customer Service, even if it meant making less money in the end. They also do things for the community. For example, every year they have the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, and other events in-store for holidays.

Cons

Although this was a great place to work, the fact of the matter remains that it is retail. Thus, all of the headaches that working in retail can cause apply here.
