      Pros

      Great employee discount and hours are flexible during slow months. You are considered family when you work with this company. Highly motivated company.

      Cons

      Downside to being in sales is that there are no incentives for sales people. Training is seldom. Overall very little downtime in the high season.

      Flexible hours, pay was a little better than some other retail, interesting place to work at times, great discount of 40%, weekly paycheck

      Cons

      If you don't look like you belong there then you are treated differently by management. They have a tendency to hire to many people so your hours will be cut short and hours vary greatly from week to week

      Great people Great Customers Fun working environment

      Cons

      Plan on working every holiday EXCEPT Christmas Health Benefits Package is not very great Growth within the company at the store level is difficult once you work your way up. Hard to get into the corporate side of things because most of the management that is there doesn't leave and the positions are never available.
