Pros

It's a medium size company with good benefits. The company knows how to treat it's employees with respect and tries to give us a good work-life balance. The office culture is wonderful, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Lack of standards and internal training/mentoring. Everyone does the same tasks differently which leads to making the same mistakes over again instead of learning from past experiences.

Pros

Challenging workload that keeps me growing and on my toes. We are encouraged to always keep learning, and there is a focus on innovation so no chance of getting bored or going stale here. Employee owned family business that clearly cares about corporate culture and its people; I couldn't ask for a better group of coworkers.

Cons

The multiple interviews / panel interviews were a bit intimidating I've had better health insurance, but I've also had worse
