      Good team based environment, management that generally listens to feedback and trusts the experts on the subject matter.

      Cons

      Pay and rases are not great, pay raises are fixed rate changes that do not account for inflation, significant raises are only awarded with promotiona and often aren't competitive as compared to just getting a new job.

      Bastian is a has a tight knit company feel with peers truly supporting each other. While the industry can be demanding at times, Bastian recognizes the need to take care of their folks, and does their best to balance the demands of their customers with treating employees well.

      Demands of the industry can lead to whiplash feeling as policies and decisions are sometimes made to meet the market where it's at.
