Pros
Management and team leads within own department were great and especially helpful in career advancement. Coworkers were friendly.
Cons
Management can only do so much. It was a good company and I enjoyed working for them but the pay to workload didn’t make sense to current market pricing. Other than that just a little chaotic. Duties between departments were changed constantly and no one could seem to understand who should be in charge of different tasks half the time.
