Pros

I had a positive experience at Bstian Solutions. Everyone was kind, and I felt very supported by my colleagues. The company has a collaborative culture, which I appreciate. I felt like I had a good work-life balance, and I never felt like I was expected to put in long hours after work or on the weekends. There are also fewer internal politics at Bastian which made for a more pleasant working environment.

Cons

The salary is average to low and there are no stock options.
