      Pros

      It is a growing company, recently purchased by Toyota. The management team has done a great job with the transition and everything has worked out seamlessly. The industry is also booming with a lot of innovative technologies, making Bastian an interesting place to work. Overall a great company and team. I have made friends with many of my co-workers, and employees company wide are talented and hard working.

      Pros

      The company is continuously growing and is focused on innovative solutions to help our customers. Co-workers are fantastic to work with and there is a nice team environment. The management team is very focused on making sure Bastian Solutions achieves it goals and continues to grow.

      Cons

      The industry and company is very busy, so there is at times to much work to be done. However as a whole, the teams work together and help each other out when they can. It can be hard to disconnect while away, due to nature of the business and technology available to always be reachable.

      Pros

      At Bastian there are always new challenges and opportunities for growth. They allow you the freedom to contribute to the team from day 1. They definitely let you work to your strengths and are very flexible on where you want your career path to go. It is a good balance between a small company where the CEO knows your name, but you have the benefits of working at a larger company.

      Cons

      Travel can be heavy depending on the project or role. Also, there are periods of long hours.
