Nothing as such since the change in HR. I have been working in Basware India for the past 6 years.

Cons

The company is going downhill majorly. In today's date when companies are focusing on Employees and treating them as assets, HR here says and i quote verbatim" Basware is no longer an employee oriented company". Since the change in HR Management people are being frustrated and it has become a Dictatorship in Basware India. You are not allowed to ask questions and if you do , you are told to meet offline. Management trusts one person blindly and have no insight to what is going on at the ground level.

A good work life balance. HR policy is better for everyone. exposure to work on large project

Cons

Some of employee still working on old technology Silverlight which is not good, Dont find anything else other then this. May be in coming year it will solved.
