1.Work Culture is Excellent 2. Working hours are the least in the industry 3. Good compensation for freshers 4. Many cultural festivals held during the year 5. Employee centric company
Cons
1. HR department is very strict 2. They have a BOND agreement before joining (NEVER SIGN THAT) 3. Work load is too much as compared to the headcount 4. No on-site opportunities, no clients to work for. 5. Growth is very slow and limited roles available
