Benefits are okay; health insurance costs are rising and Basys does okay on cost for a company on the smaller side. If you are planning on having children while working here, stay away: 1 week paternity leave for new dads and 3 weeks for new moms. This is absolutely insulting for a company that brags about "family values". Basys really needs to step into the 21st century and adjust these policies - or stop pretending to care about family. Compensation is also on the lower side compared to other payment processing companies. The reason they like to promote from within is to give you disproportionate compensation compared to the addition of your new responsibilities.
