Pros

1. Managed by very experienced MD, CEO & Managers. 2. Flexible timings for those who really want to work. 3. Very good pay masters. Salaries are at par compared to similar companies in the market. 4. Growth rate is very good. 5. I didn't find any reason whatsoever in my 6.5 years career to give a negative feedback. 6. All employees are friendly and professional. 7. Everyone is free to place their ideas and Management listen to them. 8. Everyone can approach MD directly and share the problems. 9. Company work culture and etiquette are well defined.
