For our area decent pay compared to other manufacturing places.

Cons

They were bought or merged with a new company. Now our insurance is even higher than it already was. Bonuses are NOT a thing anymore. And they have started going automated on several jobs so many are going to end up losing their jobs. I don't think I will be in the first round of layoffs but maybe a future one.

Batesville is a good place to work, there is good leadership in what i have seen throughout my experience in the company. 2timothy 2:19 i have been blessed to be able to listen to scripture and sermons while driving down the road, helping to keep my faith strong. i am thankful to be here. they have good benefits and good people to work around. you will not hear much foul language or cursing around this business.
