Pay and Benefits are Good. Hard work is rewarded. Hard work, but leaves a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. Travel to new places and meet new people everyday.

The pay is the only decent thing.

Cons

Super long days. Micro managing. Lying about lunch breaks. I haven’t taken a real lunch break in about 2 years. Service calls to fix other people’s screw ups. Installing cheap terrible products
