Pros

Great products, they stand behind them, and offer great customer service. Stand up company, with great hard working people working very hard to get the job done. Do your job, and they will recognize and you will make good honest money here.

Cons

"Sell or be gone" mentality. Its only "what have you done lately." Company asks far too much from people in management positions, and therefore has seen alot of turnover over the last 4-5 years. Any job in Management, expect to work a 50+ hour work week. If you have kids or a family, might want to think twice about this, or ask some VERY in depth questions in the interview. No place for people with heart conditions or prone to panic attacks. They've had 2 die within the past year on the job due to heart attacks. Ownership is ruthlessly protective of employees leaving to pursue better opportunities and will threaten to "ruin their lives" if they find out that employees are seeking other work. Ownership and GM are no stranger to using foul language and raising their voice (either in person or on conference calls) when numbers aren't perfect. Very unprofessional at times, and verbally abusive. Poor reputation among remodelers for being the cheapest, and lowest paid when it comes to paying part time, lower level employees. High overhead. Too many ventures. EXTREMELY High markup for product.

The pay is nice and the bonuses are nice,, you definitely control your own destiny. If you put the work in you can generate AT LEAST a lead a day

Cons

Can feel boring at times, and there is a lot of rejection/people flat out ignoring you.
